WordPress Plugin – LinkGather



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the URLs for all your blogs articles in Google Spreadsheets format.

You can get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

When you have installed the plugin, you can start using it.

Guide


A new tab on the menu side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

If you click on the Home offering, this will go to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links menu to take you to the page that will reveal all of your blogs published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our blog test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many get more info posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL's table, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in CSV format.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of showing back published posts, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URLs


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring website back all those JetPack Links that it has gathered:
